Conference in Vlora in the Palace of Culture
On February 7 in Vlora a Conference was held in the Palace of Culture to present in detail the first Call for Proposals and answer to questions regarding the submission of project proposals. The Conference was organized by the Italian Consulate in Vlora and was attended by the representatives of the Qark of Vlora, Fier and Berat, the Municipalities of Vlora, Fier and other several Communes of Southern Albania. Representatives of some Albanian and Italian NGOs and Italian local governments also attended.
