Launching Conference of the 3rd Call for Proposals

On January 27, 2015, the IADSA has organised the Launching Conference of the 3rd Call of Proposals, at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana. The 3rd Call is open only to Albanian Ministries in view of the upcoming local elections and ongoing territorial reform. The Conference was introduced by the Albanian Minister of Finance, Shkelqim Cani, the Italian Ambassador in Tirana, Massimo Gaiani and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers of Albania, Niko Peleshi. The Director of the Italian Cooperation Office of the Embassy, Andrea Senatori chaired the Conference. The the 3rd Call of IADSA was presented to the Albanian central authorities intervened at the Conference and numerous partners present at the event and, in the second part, participants were able to ask questions for clarification to the two co-directors of TSU, Mariarita Capirci and Ismail Ademi. The 3rd Call for Proposals is open to projects in the social sector in line with the national strategies and priorities for the development and integration formulated by the Albanian Government and in line with the Italian-Albanian Development Cooperation Programme. The Conference represented also an opportunity for the Albanian public authorities to meet potential eligible partners, Italian and Albanian ones besides international organisations.
