Overall objective:
- To contribute on the social inclusion of children and youth in Elbasan through art and technology.
Specific objectives:
- To create the appropriate infrastructure for children and youth in order to increase their access on employment, culture and ICT.
Main activities:
- Transformation of the Children's Cultural Centre into “Talent St-Art Up Centre";
- Launch the initiative “St-Art Up Elbasan";
- Trainings of youth on start-up modules;
- Promotion of “Talent St-Art Up Centre.
