Overall objective:
- Contribute to the sustainable socio-economic development of the Diber community, through the establishment of the first multifunctional youth center that will serve all members of the community, with particular attention to young people.
Main activities:
- Establishment of the Multifunctional Youth Center in the Municipality of Diber;
- Reconstruction and equipping of the multifunctional youth Center;
- Conducting a needs assessment to identify the expectations of the beneficiaries of the Multifunctional Youth Center;
- Capacity building program for Center staff and Municipality staff;
- Preparation of the three-year strategy and action plan for the first 12 months of operation of the multifunctional youth Center;
- Capacity building programs, financial and technical support for young people and women;
- Organization of cultural and sporting activities, collection of information and mapping of the area on the natural and cultural heritage sites of the Diber region;
- Communication and promotional activities;
- Inauguration of the multifunctional youth center / Publication of the promotional brochure.
